Dotmill Inc. (KOSDAQ: 464580), a leading content-based space planning company, announced on the 17th March 2026 that it has joined forces with Incubase Studio Asia Limited (hereinafter “INCUBASE Studio”), a Hong Kong-based global IP experience creation and curation company, to penetrate the global IP-based immersive entertainment market.

Dotmill has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with INCUBASE Studio, centered on comprehensive cooperation in IP-based immersive exhibitions and related entertainment initiatives. This partnership aims to combine Dotmill’s cutting-edge immersive media technology with INCUBASE Studio’s extensive global license network to support INCUBASE Studio’s successful entry into the Korean market and accelerate Dotmill’s global expansion.

Under this agreement, the two companies will jointly promote immersive themed space projects utilizing world-renowned animation IPs held by INCUBASE Studio. Major hubs for anime culture and experiences INCUBASE Arena in Korea, including Jeju and Seoul, are currently being considered as candidate sites, with the goal of opening within the year. In particular, the companies plan to leverage existing exhibition configurations of world-class IPs such as ‘Demon Slayer’, ‘One Piece’, ‘Crayon Shin-chan’ and ‘Chainsaw Man’, and enhance them with Dotmill’s media art and interactive technologies to recreate them as even more vivid, immersive content.

The partnership extends beyond mere exhibition cooperation, aiming for mutual market expansion. Headquartered in Hong Kong, INCUBASE Studio is led by industry veteran Sion Yip who has created over 200 global licensed projects over the past 20 years, and through this collaboration, it has secured a bridgehead for entering the Korean market. Similarly, Dotmill intends to strengthen its global competitiveness by showcasing its technological prowess to the world through INCUBASE Studio’s global network and licensing expertise.

Notably, the two parties are considering the establishment of a Special Purpose Company (SPC) or a joint business structure to enhance professional execution. Through this, they plan to jointly pursue various commercial initiatives, ranging from IP-based exhibition development and operation to expansion into new markets, thereby solidifying an equitable strategic partnership.

A representative from Dotmill stated, “We are highly anticipating the synergy that will arise when Dotmill’s technology meets global IPs with worldwide fandoms. We will actively support INCUBASE Studio‘s entry into the Korean market while strengthening our technological leadership in the global entertainment market through close cooperation.”

Sion Yip, Founder and CEO of INCUBASE Studio, responded, “Dotmill, with its innovative immersive media solutions, is the ideal partner to maximize the value of our global IPs. We hope that starting from the Korean market, our partnership will achieve great success on the global stage.”

Meanwhile, starting from this MOU, Dotmill plans to further strengthen the strategic cooperative relationship between the two companies by supporting the establishment of INCUBASE Studio’s Korean branch and serving as a communication channel for the global expansion of Korean content.
