The emotionally resonant BL masterpiece “GIVEN”, beloved by fans across Asia, is set to make its Hong Kong debut following highly successful runs in Japan and Korea. As the second stop of its overseas tour, the exhibition takes place from October 1 to November 2 at INCUBASE Arena, Hong Kong, inviting fans to revisit a moving story of youth, friendship, love, dreams, and unspoken regrets. To commemorate this special occasion, original manga creator Natsuki Kizu will personally visit Hong Kong on October 18 to host her first-ever overseas signing event. This rare appearance offers fans a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to meet the creator behind “GIVEN” and celebrate the series’ enduring emotional impact.

Known for curating some of the city’s most talked-about IP exhibitions, INCUBASE Studio once again responds to fans’ enthusiasm by bringing this band-themed BL classic to Hong Kong. On opening day, crowds gathered early at INCUBASE Arena in Mong Kok, eager to experience the exhibition’s meticulously recreated scenes and to secure limited-edition merchandise shipped directly from Japan. Many visitors described the experience as deeply moving, recalling the powerful emotions evoked by the series’ most iconic moments.

Mafuyu and Ritsuka’s World with Original Artwork, Scene Reconstructions and Signed Displays

After touring extensively in Japan, “GIVEN Exhibition” finally arrives in Hong Kong, allowing fans to immerse themselves once more in the story’s music-driven narrative and emotional highlights. The exhibition features multiple themed zones, including character profiles, CP introductions, and carefully reconstructed scenes that trace the characters’ personal growth and evolving relationships. Highlights include immersive photo spots recreating unforgettable moments such as Mafuyu and Ritsuka’s first encounter on the staircase and the band “GIVEN”’s first live performance. The exhibition also showcases rare items including hand-signed shikishi boards from the anime’s voice actors, character design materials, and classic manga cover illustrations. Selected areas allow photography, encouraging visitors to capture and relive their most cherished memories.

Limited-Time Merchandise – Official Japanese Goods and Hong Kong–Exclusive Photo Stickers

A dedicated merchandise area awaits fans at the end of the exhibition, offering a wide selection of official Japanese goods with high collectible value. Items include finely crafted acrylic stands and character accessories, many of which previously sold out quickly during the Japan and Korea tour stops. To celebrate Hong Kong as the second overseas destination, exclusive photo stickers are also introduced. An on-site self-service photo sticker booth allows fans to choose their favorite character templates and print photos instantly — creating a unique keepsake with their beloved characters.

First Overseas Signing Event – Natsuki Kizu Comes to Hong Kong

Rarely appearing in public, manga creator Natsuki Kizu will visit Hong Kong for the first time on October 18 to host her first overseas signing event, as a heartfelt gesture of appreciation to fans who have supported “GIVEN” over the years. The announcement sparked excitement across Asia, and when tickets went on sale, opening-day admission sold out almost instantly, highlighting the series’ remarkable popularity. A Collectible Experience – Hong Kong–Exclusive Admission Gifts

All visitors to “GIVEN Exhibition” will receive one exhibition shikishi card and one admission gift. The exhibition shikishi cards come in four designs, distributed at random. The admission gifts come in two versions, released on different dates during the exhibition period.

Created by manga artist Natsuki Kizu, “GIVEN” is a critically acclaimed BL series centered on a youth rock band, portraying stories of love, loss, and the pursuit of dreams among the members of “GIVEN” and “syh.” Serialized in Cheri+ from 2013 to 2023, the series expanded into a TV anime in 2019 and an animated feature film in 2020. The franchise continues to resonate with fans across Asia and welcomed a new manga spin-off, “GIVEN 10th mix”, in 2025.
